企业青年职工队伍建设是关系未来的大事,思想政治工作担负着塑造青年职工的重任,所以塑造思想和业务素质过硬的青工队伍尤为重要。本文从深入了解80、90后员工的价值观念、应用治理式的思想政治工作模式及综合思想政治工作资源三个方面着手,分析了提升80、90后员工的思想政治工作水平的措施。
The building of a contingent of young workers in an enterprise is a major event that will have a bearing on the future. Ideological and political work shoulders the heavy responsibility of shaping young workers. Therefore, it is particularly important to create a contingent of young workers who have excellent ideas and professional skills. After deeply understanding the values of 80, 90 employees, applying the governance mode of ideological and political work and comprehensive ideological and political work resources, this article analyzes the measures to enhance the ideological and political work of employees after 80,90.
