以聚己二酸新戊二醇酯二醇(PNA)和聚氧化丙烯醚二醇(PPG)为混合软段、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)、相对分子质量调节剂-二正丁胺为硬段,合成了溶剂型聚氨酯树脂,考察了PNA/PPG质量比及硬段含量对树脂力学性能、耐热性、耐水性及油墨性能的影响,结果表明:随着PNA/PPG质量比及硬段含量的增加,胶膜拉伸强度增大、扯断伸长率减小、热稳定性增强,但二者对胶膜吸水性趋势相反,当PNA/PPG质量比为1∶1,硬段含量为28.19%时,树脂综合性能较好,其制备的油墨指标符合行业标准。
Poly (propylene adipate) (PNA) and poly (propylene oxide ether glycol) (PPG) were mixed soft segment, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), toluene diisocyanate (TDI) (IPDA) and di-n-butylamine as hard segments, solvent-based polyurethane resin was synthesized. The effects of PNA / PPG mass ratio and hard segment content on mechanical properties, heat resistance, water resistance The results show that with the increase of PNA / PPG mass ratio and hard segment content, the tensile strength of the film increases, the elongation at break decreases and the thermal stability increases. However, On the contrary, when the PNA / PPG mass ratio is 1: 1 and the hard segment content is 28.19%, the comprehensive performance of the resin is better, and the ink indexes of the prepared ink meet the industry standards.
