为减小振捣机构对熨平板力学性能的影响,提高摊铺质量,通过建立摊铺压实机构模型和动力学微分方程,利用Matlab仿真分析振捣机构对熨平板的作用力。结果表明,前后振捣梁相位差、前后振捣梁振幅以及振捣频率对熨平板作用力有较大的影响;当选取前后振捣梁相位差为180°、前后振捣梁振幅相等以及低频振捣时,可大大降低振捣机构对熨平板的作用力。
In order to reduce the impact of the vibrating mechanism on the mechanical properties of the screed and improve the quality of the paving, the force of the vibrating mechanism on the screed is simulated and analyzed by means of Matlab by establishing the paving and compacting mechanism model and the dynamic differential equation. The results show that the phase difference between the front and back vibrators, the amplitude of the front and back vibrators and the frequency of the vibrators have a significant influence on the force acting on the screed.
