长久以来,老师、父母对孩子成果的评价常常局限在学生考试成绩的等第上,往往满足于学生期末试卷的成绩。这一方面使得许多学生看不到自己平时取得的点滴进步,尤其是自己其它方面的突出表现;另一方面师长对于孩子的评价会缺少全面性、完整性,且往往是滞后的评价,甚至是残缺的评价。针对这种现状,为了给孩子一个宽松的成长环境,让孩子感到童年是快乐的,学习是快乐的,学校生活是快乐的,我校从1998
