全球企业已进入个性化与差异化的人才管理时代从全球来看,人力资源管理有四个主要的发展阶段:传统的人事管理、人力资源管理、整合的人才管理和战略整合人才资本管理。这四个阶段的人力资源管理的着眼点分别是人员管控、人员开发、人才的生命周期管理、人才的细分与差异化管理。依据我们的观察,现在的中国企业,正处于从人力资源管理向整合的人才管理系统
Global Enterprises Enter Individualized and Differentiated Talent Management Era Globally, human resources management has four major stages of development: traditional personnel management, human resources management, integrated talent management and strategic integration of human capital management. The focus of these four stages of human resource management are personnel control, personnel development, talent life cycle management, talent segmentation and differentiation management. According to our observation, nowadays Chinese enterprises are in the process of moving from human resource management to integrated talent management system
