从当前我国全面推进依法治国的时代主题,支撑社会工作其它相关专业课程教学,提高社会工作专业学生的综合素质来看,开设“社会工作法律”课程具有重要意义。社会工作与法律之间具有极为密切的关系,社会工作专业课程设置中应加强法制教育。研究认为,虽然目前该专业设有“社会政策与法规”课程,但是它并不能替代“社会工作法律”课程。该课程在总体上应包括总论和分论两部分,前者主要偏重理论而后者则主要侧重实务,与此同时开设这门课程应有相应建设措施如配套新教材的编写;任课教师还应当精心设计课程教学要求,更加科学、合理地编排该课程的教学内容,并在教学中突出依法开展社会工作的理念,以期为国家培养更多高素质的社会工作人才。 From the current era of comprehensively promoting the rule of law in our country, supporting the teaching of other relevant professional social work courses and improving the comprehensive quality of students majoring in social work, it is of great significance to open the “Social Work Law” course.
