近年来,我国一批富有革新意识和社会责任感的教育工作者(教育科研人员、学校教师、学校医务工作者)率先在部分大、中、小学开展起心理辅导(或心理健康教育)活动,做了大量工作,给教育领域带来了新气象。尽管各校开展心理辅导的方式不同,目标也有些差别,但相当一部分学校都有一个共同的倾向,就是将学校心理辅导与德育工作结合起来。笔者认为,这种做法既是可取的,也是可行的。这种结合,一方面可以体现学校心理辅导有别于一般心理辅导、心理咨询的特点——教育性、发展性、建设性;另一方面有利于从整体的角度培养既符合现代社会要求,又能使自身得到充分发展的完整的个性。为了实现学校心理辅导与德育工作的有效结合,首先应从认识上弄清思想问题与心理问题的关系,心理辅导与学校德育的区别与联系。
