出版管理创新是指对现行的出版管理模式及其方式方法的改革、发展、完善。这里的出版管理既包括国家宏观出版管理,也包括出版企业微观管理。随着出版业内外条件的变化,必须通过不断变革剔除那些不适应甚至阻碍出版生产力发展的因素,代之以先进的和充满生机的管理体系。创新就是走前人没有走过的路,出版管理创新是出版事业兴旺发达的不竭动力。
Publishing management innovation refers to the reform, development and improvement of the current publishing management mode and its methods and methods. Publication management here includes not only the national macro publication management but also the micromanagement of publishing enterprises.
