利用中国364名知识型员工的调研数据,运用结构方程模型分析了企业家社会责任履行对中国知识型员工诚信行为的影响机理。结果表明,企业家履行对市场和对社会的责任有助于提升员工的情感-规范承诺,进而正向影响其诚信行为选择;企业家履行对员工的责任有助于提升员工的持续承诺,但不能影响其诚信行为。
Using the survey data of 364 knowledge workers in China, this paper uses structural equation modeling to analyze the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial social responsibility fulfillment on the integrity behavior of Chinese knowledge workers. The results show that fulfilling the responsibility of the entrepreneur to the market and to the society helps to enhance the emotion of the employee - to standardize the promises and then positively influence the selection of the good faith behavior; to fulfill the responsibility to the employees of entrepreneurs can help to enhance the employees’ continuous commitment. However, Can not affect their integrity behavior.
