一、案例作为一名大学毕业就去农村学校进行支教的青年教师,刚开始接触教学的时候心情既期待同时也很紧张。与此同时,学校给我们安排的班级相对来说比较多:同时带五个班级(初中两个,高中三个)。开始的时候压力确实比较大,工作很吃力。需要不断的熟悉教材,备课、上课、批改作业。当然,这些都是作为一名新教师必须经历的阶段,因此,多花点时间加强这方面的学习是必不可少的。我们发现,在当地农村地区的学校里,学风并不是很浓,绝大多数学生对于学习根本没什么兴趣。在初中部这现象还不是很严重,学生普遍还比较爱学习的,
