目的 :评价胰岛素聚氰基丙烯酸丁酯纳米囊皮下注射糖尿病大鼠体内后胰岛素在大鼠血液中的动力学过程。方法 :利用放射免疫的方法测定大鼠体内游离胰岛素的浓度。结果 :血药浓度与给药剂量有明显的相关性 ,胰岛素纳米囊能使胰岛素在大鼠血清中维持较长时间 (约 1周 ) ,72h一次重复给药可获得每天 3次给予相同剂量胰岛素相当的血药浓度。结论 :胰岛素纳米囊在体内具明显的缓释特征。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the kinetics of post-insulin insulin in rat blood after insulin-loaded polybutylcyanoacrylate nanocapsules subcutaneously injected in diabetic rats. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the concentration of free insulin in rats. Results: There was a significant correlation between plasma concentration and administration dose. Insulin nanocapsules could maintain insulin in rat serum for a long time (about 1 week), and once repeated at 72 hours, the same dose of insulin Equivalent blood concentration. CONCLUSION: Insulin nanocapsules have obvious sustained release characteristics in vivo.
