2008年8月对西安市15栋公共建筑进行了能耗调研与分析,并对室内温湿度进行了为期5天每天24h的连续监测,得出了西安市的公共建筑单位面积能耗指标为0.55~2.96GJ/(m2.a),平均值为1.29GJ/(m2.a),其中单位建筑面积空调能耗为0.20~1.97GJ/(m2.a),平均值为0.70GJ/(m2.a),并与北京、上海、天津、广州等城市能耗状况进行了对比分析,提出了空调系统存在的问题以及节能措施。
In August 2008, the energy consumption of 15 public buildings in Xi’an was investigated and analyzed. The indoor temperature and humidity were monitored continuously for 5 days and 24h each day. The energy consumption per unit area of public buildings in Xi’an was 0.55 ~ 2.96GJ / (m2.a) with an average value of 1.29GJ / (m2.a), of which air-conditioning energy consumption per unit area is 0.20 ~ 1.97GJ / (m2.a) with an average value of 0.70GJ / (m2. a), and compared with the energy consumption in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou and other cities, put forward the problems of air-conditioning system and energy-saving measures.
