当前大量采用的深井筒掘进设备,是极其笨重与昂贵的。用大功率的、缠有钢丝绳的稳车装备井筒,造成地面广场布置困难,增加了劳动量和装备工作的费用。为了大量的减少掘进稳车及其基础,钢丝绳、天轮和临时建筑的数量,制造了新型的掘进设备,按照在竖井井筒中使用时的移动原理,称之为迈步式凿井工作盘(见图1)。直径为4.8米和6.0米的迈步式吊盘已经顺利地进行了工业性试验,而直径为7米的迈步式吊盘,在“塔什塔哥”矿井的罐笼箕斗两用井已迈步运行250米。迈步式吊盘运行实践表明,这种设备在工作中适用、可靠、安全。活动吊盘的移动装置包括两部分:一是配置在
The current large volume of deep wellbore equipment is extremely cumbersome and expensive. The use of high-power, wire-wound stable cars equipped with wellbores, resulting in difficult layout of the ground plaza, an increase of labor and equipment costs. In order to significantly reduce the number of TBMs and their foundations, wire ropes, skylines and temporary structures, a new type of tunneling equipment has been manufactured, which is termed a step-down sinking pan according to the principle of movement when used in a shaft shaft figure 1). The 4.8 m and 6.0 m diameter step-down ladders have been successfully tested in industry and the 7 m-diameter step-down pallet has been used in the cage and skip dual well in the “Tashtagago” mine 250 meters.
