丹宁酸为保护剂,氧化还原法制得纳米银溶胶,以钛酸四丁酯、自制纳米银溶胶为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法,在70℃下制备了Ag/TiO2纳米复合材料,经过XRD和TEM确证了材料中含有锐钛矿TiO2,经XPS确证有单质银粒子的存在。以甲基橙溶液为模拟污染物,研究了银掺入量、Ag/TiO2的用量、甲基橙的初始浓度对Ag/TiO2纳米复合材料光催化活性的影响。结果表明:随着银掺入量的增加,Ag/TiO2纳米复合材料光催化活性先增加后减小。当纳米银质量分数为18%时,Ag/TiO2复合材料具有较好的光催化活性;Ag/TiO2复合材料光催化活性随着Ag/TiO2复合材料的用量的增加先增加后减少。当Ag/TiO2用量体积分数为10%时,Ag/TiO2具有较好的光催化活性;在紫外-可见分光光度计能测量的浓度范围内随着甲基橙初始浓度的增加,Ag/TiO2复合材料光催化活性一直呈增加趋势。
Tannic acid as protective agent, redox method to obtain nano-silver sol, tetrabutyl titanate, self-made nano-silver sol as raw material, using sol-gel method at 70 ℃ prepared Ag / TiO2 nanocomposites, XRD and TEM confirmed that the material contains anatase TiO2, XPS confirmed the existence of single silver particles. The effects of the amount of Ag, the amount of Ag / TiO2 and the initial concentration of methyl orange on the photocatalytic activity of Ag / TiO2 nanocomposites were investigated using methyl orange solution as a simulated pollutant. The results show that with the increase of silver content, the photocatalytic activity of Ag / TiO2 nanocomposites increases first and then decreases. The photocatalytic activity of Ag / TiO2 composite increases with the increase of Ag / TiO2 composite content when the mass fraction of nano-silver is 18%. When Ag / TiO2 was 10%, Ag / TiO2 had good photocatalytic activity. With the increase of initial concentration of methyl orange in the concentration range of UV-visible spectrophotometer, Ag / TiO2 composite Photocatalytic activity of materials has been increasing.
