目的:结合糖尿病信息管理系统为初诊糖尿病患者提供药学服务,观察其对患者血糖控制的影响,探索临床药师参与患者管理的方法,进一步完善临床药师的工作流程。方法:开发一款适合临床药师使用的糖尿病信息管理系统,用于药学服务。将我院住院的63例初诊糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组未接受药学服务,试验组接受药学服务。结果:与入组时相比,对照组患者随访结束时,空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)无明显改善,餐后血糖(PPG)则显著降低(P<0.01);试验组患者随访结束时,FPG、PPG、HbA1c均显著降低(P<0.01),且明显低于对照组患者(P<0.01)。结论:结合糖尿病信息管理系统的药学服务可明显改善患者的血糖控制水平,可推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To provide pharmacy services to newly diagnosed diabetic patients with diabetes information management system and to observe its effect on blood glucose control in patients. To explore ways of participating clinical pharmacists in patient management and to further improve the workflow of clinical pharmacists. Methods: Development of a diabetes information management system for use by clinical pharmacists for pharmacy services. Sixty-three newly diagnosed diabetic patients hospitalized in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group did not receive the pharmacy service, and the experimental group received the pharmacy service. Results: At the end of follow-up, there was no significant improvement in fasting plasma glucose (FPG), HbA1c, and postprandial plasma glucose (PPG) at the end of follow-up in the control group (P <0.01) At the end of the experiment, FPG, PPG and HbA1c were significantly decreased (P <0.01), and significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The combination of pharmacy services with diabetes information management system can significantly improve the level of glycemic control in patients and can be widely applied.
