进入21世纪以来,世界各国都非常重视英文工程文献信息资源的建设、开发和利用。作为工程技术人员及时把握科技知识更新和理论前沿发展的重要渠道,英文工程文献越来越受到广泛的关注。本文通过大量实例分析,针对工程英语词汇、工程对象和人员、工程专业表达规范等特点,探讨了英文工程文献翻译中所遵循的一些原则及相关问题的处理方法。 Since entering the 21st century, all countries in the world attach great importance to the construction, development and utilization of English engineering literature information resources. As an important channel for engineers and technicians to grasp the update of scientific knowledge and the forefront of theoretical development in time, the English engineering literature has drawn more and more attention. In this paper, through a large number of case studies, this paper discusses some principles followed in the translation of English engineering documents and how to deal with related problems in the light of the characteristics of engineering English vocabulary, engineering objects and personnel, engineering professional expression and so on.
