目的:探讨四肢巨大良性软组织肿瘤的诊断和治疗。方法:回顾性分析2004年8月～2009年3月21例四肢巨大软组织肿瘤的诊断和治疗方法,其中男13例,女8例。探讨合理的术前辅助检查和病理学检查,设计灵活有效的手术方式,并总结不同类型肿瘤的基本手术方式。结果:所有病例无院内死亡,无大出血致休克等危重病情,无血管损伤致肢体血运障碍,无神经损伤致功能障碍,恢复了患者的正常工作和生活。结论:肢体的巨大肿瘤常造成解剖结构的移位,术前应根据辅助检查的结果,选择合适的手术径路,术中根据肿瘤的特性,选择合适的治疗方案。
Objective: To explore the diagnosis and treatment of giant benign soft tissue tumors of limbs. Methods: The diagnosis and treatment of giant soft tissue tumors of limbs from August 2004 to March 2009 were retrospectively analyzed, including 13 males and 8 females. Explore reasonable preoperative auxiliary examination and pathological examination, design flexible and effective surgical methods, and summarize the basic surgical methods for different types of tumors. Results: All the patients died without nocturnal hemorrhage, no severe bleeding caused by hemorrhage, no vascular injury caused by vascular injury, no dysfunction caused by nerve injury, and restored the normal work and life of patients. Conclusion: Large limbs often cause anatomical dislocation. According to the results of auxiliary examinations, the suitable surgical approach should be selected preoperatively. According to the characteristics of the tumor during operation, the appropriate treatment plan should be chosen.
