女性,25岁。左眼视物模糊8个月,视物变形、视力下降1个月来诊。既往有高度近视史。视力:右眼1.0(-7.00 DS/-1.00DC*20°),左眼1.0(-6.00DS/-1.75 DC*175°),双眼前节未见异常。眼底见视盘颞侧弧形斑,左眼后极部散在视网膜下点状黄白色病灶(图1A),右眼底未见异常。FFA:左眼病灶早期低荧光,晚期高荧光(图1B,图1C)。全身检查未见异常。诊断为病理性近视性视网膜脉络膜病变。未予以治疗。7个月后患者左 Female, 25 years old. Left eye blurred vision for 8 months, depending on the material deformation, visual acuity 1 month to diagnosis. Past history of high myopia. Visual acuity: 1.0 (-7.00 DS / -1.00 DC * 20 °) for the right eye and 1.0 (-6.00 DS / -1.75 DC * 175 °) for the left eye with no abnormalities in the anterior segment of both eyes. Ocular fundus see temporal disc curved spot, the left posterior pole scattered in the subfoveal dot yellowish white lesions (Figure 1A), the right fundus no abnormalities. FFA: Early low-fluorescence, late-phase hyperfluorescence in left-eye lesions (Fig. 1B, Fig. 1C). No abnormalities in the whole body examination. Diagnosis of pathological myopia retinal choroidal lesions. Not treated. Patient left after 7 months
