实施算法多样化必须基于教学理念的转变,算法多样化是对学生个性化学习的尊重。教师要关注学生的学习起点,并将多样化的算法看作一种重要的课程资源,这为教师了解学生和学生相互交流提供了素材。
Diversification of the implementation of the algorithm must be based on the change of teaching philosophy, the diversity of algorithms is to respect the individual learning of students. Teachers should pay attention to students’ learning starting points and regard diverse algorithms as an important curriculum resource, which provides teachers with an understanding of the interaction between students and students.
