在初中数学教学中,影响学生成绩的因素很多,如老师教学理念落后,模式陈旧,手段不新颖,学生学习被动,学生缺乏兴趣,惰性强,不喜欢质疑,还有留守学生缺少关爱,家庭思想教育不到位等方面,因此,老师指导学生要有的放矢,用心感化,因材施教,分层教学,创设情境,培养学生自主探究的精神,精讲多练,在交流合作中找到良策。
In junior high school mathematics teaching, there are many factors that affect students’ performance. For example, the teacher’s teaching philosophy is outdated, the model is old, the means are not new, the students are passive, the students lack interest, inertness, dislikes questioning, Education is not in place, and so on, therefore, the teacher should guide the students to be targeted, heart-warming, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, teaching in layers, creating situations, cultivating the spirit of student self-exploration, refinement and practice, and find good strategies in exchange and cooperation.
