In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge innovation has become the basic survival law for enterprises to cope with fierce competition. Knowledge innovation and human resource training have an indivisible relationship. Knowledge innovation has become the main source of enterprise’s core competitiveness. The success of a business enterprise is due to continuous knowledge innovation. The cultivation of innovative talents becomes an important factor in the development of a knowledge-based enterprise.
