变体飞机风洞试验主要测量机翼等变形过程对流场的扰动引起的动态气动力、力矩和力矩操纵效率变化。相对于常规测力试验,由于模型的变体运动导致试验数据精度差。本文对纯机械驱动的变体飞机模型的风洞试验精度的主要影响因素进行了分析,从试验方案、数据采集触发方式和数据处理方法等进行了改进。验证试验表明,试验精度大幅提高,升力系数重复性最大误差约为0.00538,阻力系数重复性最大误差约为0.00098,俯仰力矩系数重复性最大误差约为0.00113,动态试验精度达到常规试验水平。
The variant aircraft wind tunnel test mainly measures the dynamic aerodynamic forces, moment and torque control efficiency changes caused by the disturbance of the flow field during the deformation of the wing and so on. Compared with the conventional force test, the test data accuracy is poor due to the variant motion of the model. In this paper, the main influencing factors of wind tunnel test accuracy of the purely mechanical variant aircraft model are analyzed, and the improvements are made from the experimental scheme, the data acquisition triggering method and the data processing method. The verification test shows that the test accuracy is greatly improved, the maximum repeatability error of lift coefficient is about 0.00538, the maximum repeatability error of repeatability coefficient is about 0.00098, and the maximum repeatability error of pitching torque coefficient is about 0.00113. The dynamic test accuracy reaches the level of conventional test.
