目的探讨抚顺市医务人员职业紧张状况的分布特征,为改善医务人员的健康水平提供科学依据。方法采用职业紧张量表(QSI-R)中的个体紧张反应问卷(Personal Strain Questionnaire,PSQ)对随机抽取的抚顺市7所医院的1380名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果低年龄组的医务人员PSQ得分高于高年龄组(P<0.01),未婚医务人员PSQ得分较高(P<0.05),高学历医务人员PSQ得分高于低学历者(P<0.01),患有慢性病的人员得分较高(P<0.01),三甲医院医务工作者的得分高于二甲医院(P<0.01),医患关系严重的医务人员紧张反应的程度较大(P<0.01)。结论不同年龄、婚姻状况、教育背景、是否患有慢性病、不同医院等级和不同程度医患关系的医务人员职业紧张水平分布不同,应加强医务人员的职业教育、健康教育及个体应对措施,缓解医患关系,降低职业紧张,保护和促进他们的身心健康,提高生命质量。
Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of occupational stress in medical personnel in Fushun City and to provide a scientific basis for improving the health of medical staff. Methods A total of 1380 medical staff from 7 hospitals randomly selected from Fushun City were surveyed by Personal Strain Questionnaire (PSQ) in Occupational Stress Test (QSI-R). Results PSQ scores of medical staff in lower age group were higher than those in high age group (P <0.01), PSQ scores of unmarried medical staff were higher (P <0.05), PSQ scores of medical staff of higher education level were higher than those of low education level (P <0.01) The scores of medical workers in the top three hospitals were higher than that of the second hospitals (P <0.01), and the degree of tension between the medical staff and the patients who suffered from the serious medical problems was higher (P <0.01) . Conclusions There are different occupational stress levels among medical staff of different ages, marital status, educational backgrounds, whether suffering from chronic diseases, different hospital levels and different degrees of doctor-patient relationship. Occupational education, health education and individual response to medical staff should be strengthened. Suffering from relationships, reducing occupational stress, protecting and promoting their physical and mental health, and improving their quality of life.
