从玉米定向生长与栽培原理入手,对国内外定向种植机械化现状进行综述;针对研究现状,分析我国玉米定向种植机械化发展中存在的主要问题,以及机械化定向种植涉及的运动控制和批量识别等关键技术。研究结果表明:玉米定向栽植技术具有高产、防病等诸多优点,但目前玉米定向栽植技术多依赖人工操作,费时费力且难以大规模机械化推广;玉米机械化定向种植方面的研究多倾向于定向播种机构的设计,少有玉米粒群定向整列的相关基础理论的研究。就目前玉米机械化定向种植现状,提出应采用多元技术手段开展玉米粒群批量整列机理的研究。
Starting from the principle of directional growth and cultivation of maize, the status quo of mechanization of directional planting at home and abroad is reviewed. According to the research status quo, the main problems in the development of directional planting mechanization of maize and the key technologies of motion control and batch identification involved in mechanized directional planting . The results show that corn planting has many advantages such as high yield, disease prevention and so on. At present, the directional planting technology of corn is more dependent on manual operation, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive and difficult to popularize on a large scale. Mechanized directional planting of corn tends to directional planting mechanism Of the design, there are few corn grain directed the entire column of the basic theory of the relevant research. At present, the status quo of corn mechanization oriented planting is put forward, and the research should be carried out on the mechanism of batch arrangement of corn kernel population by using multiple techniques.
