建立了AM500型采煤机牵引部过滤系统的数学模型,从理论上定量地分析了减少油液污染浸入率、降低油液初始污染度和优化过滤系统多数等途径。在此基础上,对该采煤机牵引液压系统油液污染实施了最优控制。
The mathematical model of the filtration system of the traction part of the AM500 shearer is established. The ways of reducing the penetration rate of oil pollution, reducing the initial pollution degree of oil and optimizing the filtration system are theoretically and quantitatively analyzed. On this basis, the optimal control of oil contamination of the shearer hydraulic system was implemented.
