为了提高工业工程(IE)专业本科生培养质量,研究了如何将QFD(质量机能展开)应用在某高校IE本科生的人才培养中。首先,通过对某高校的IE毕业生以及相关单位的招聘专员进行调查,获取顾客需求要素,并进一步从中提取质量要素;然后,建立需求要素与质量要素的关系矩阵,并分析市场竞争能力和技术竞争能力;接着,做出一级质量屋和二级质量屋;最后,提出构造良好的教学质量管理评估体系、确定课程设置灵活性与适应性、授课高水平与考核机制完善等改善建议。
In order to improve the quality of undergraduates majoring in Industrial Engineering (IE), this paper studies how to apply QFD (Quality of Function) to the training of IE undergraduates at a university. First of all, through a survey of IE graduates in a certain university and recruiters of related units, we get the elements of customer needs and further extract the quality elements from them. Then, we establish the relationship matrix between demand elements and quality elements, and analyze the market competitiveness and technology Finally, put forward a well-constructed evaluation system of teaching quality management to determine the curriculum flexibility and adaptability, improve the high level of teaching and improve the assessment mechanism and other suggestions for improvement.
