用K型小麦雄性不育系K149A,保持系149(B)和3个恢复材料L783、太106和PH854(R)及其杂交后代群体F1(A/R),F2,B2(A/F1),B2′(A∥B/R)作为试验材料,对育性指标进行了比较,以恢复性遗传研究的最佳指标———套袋自交结实率为育性指标,对K型小麦雄性不育系的育性恢复的遗传特点进行了初步分析,结果表明K型小麦雄性不育系是配子体不育,三个恢复材料的育性恢复受一对显性基因控制,L783的恢复力强于太106和PH854。
A / R, F2 and B2 (A / R) lines of K type wheat male sterile line K149A, maintainer line 149 (B) and three restorer lines L783, F1) and B2 ’(A // B / R) were used as test materials to compare the fertility index, and the best index of restoring genetic research --- bagging selfing seed setting rate was fertility index. The genetic characteristics of the male sterility restorer in wheat were analyzed preliminarily. The results showed that male sterility of K type wheat was the male sterility of gametophyte. Fertility restoration of three restorer materials was controlled by a dominant gene. The recovery of L783 Power is stronger than too 106 and PH85 4.
