In the past in the literature on this issue pointed out that sprint competition activities, as a model of future racing, should be predetermined in advance the whole process of special sprinter training. With pre-mastered conditions, coaches may be able to identify individual training programs for athletes in terms of their shortcomings in training (both in terms of competition and physical and technical training). Moreover, in order to avoid mistakes in later training, the trainer must also compare the exercises done by the athlete with the athletic performance and competition activities, as well as various tests. This helps to choose the most effective training methods, to determine the amount of training for each lesson, each cycle. In other words, the training process is most appropriately controlled. In this paper, we will study the sprint athlete training load supervision and planning issues. Only by classifying training methods according to their essential characteristics can we fully and effectively evaluate the quantitative effects of each exercise on the body of an athlete. In our country, due to the efforts of many experts, a method of monitoring exercise load has been established
