将接种彩色豆马勃外生菌根菌(Pisolithus tinetorius以下简称Pt)的火炬松(Pinus taeda)裸根苗和容器苗栽植在含有森林土壤的试验小区里,在栽后22周内,每四周一次挖苗测定侧根发生的图式和新生侧根上Pt外生菌根菌的传播速度。经测定可知,裸根苗和容器苗从原根系上生出侧根的图式不同,裸根苗从原根系中部的B水平带生出的侧根比容器苗多60%,而且粗壮。22周后,裸根苗在新生侧根上Pt外生菌根菌比容器苗多,而且蔓延的距离远。
