为分析稀释剂和改性剂掺量对冷补沥青性能的影响,以轻油和植物油作为稀释剂,同时以树脂作为改性剂,制备了冷补沥青。采用控制单一变量法来分别研究稀释剂(轻油和植物油)和改性剂(树脂)的不同掺量对混合料各项性能的影响。基于蒸馏法将冷补沥青固化,探索性地采用沥青三大指标试验来研究各个变量对沥青性能的影响,从而扩充了冷补沥青性能分析体系。参照规范制作马歇尔试件,研究了稀释剂和改性剂不同掺量对混合料成型稳定度的影响。通过结果分析发现轻油起到稀释和润滑作用,能有效提高冷补沥青的工作性,但过多的掺量会严重影响植物油和树脂的作用效果;相对于轻油而言,植物油更能有效地降低沥青软化点,溶解沥青胶质,提高冷补沥青的延展性;树脂能够起到固化作用,但较多的树脂和轻油二者之间在一定程度上显现出“相克”的效用。依照本研究,对不同的施工条件下各个组分的掺量给予一定的参考。
In order to analyze the influence of diluent and modifier content on the properties of cold-asphalts, light-oil and vegetable oil were used as diluent and resin as modifier to prepare cold-asphalts. The control single variable method was used to study the effects of different dosages of diluent (light oil and vegetable oil) and modifier (resin) on the properties of the mixture respectively. Curing cold-forged asphalt based on distillation method, exploring the impact of each variable on asphalt performance by exploiting the three major indexes of asphalt to extend the performance analysis system of cold-forging asphalt. The reference materials were made Marshall specimens, studied the diluent and modifier of different content of the mixture molding stability. The analysis of the results shows that light oil plays a role of dilution and lubrication, which can effectively improve the workability of cold-asphalts, but too much dosage will seriously affect the effect of vegetable oils and resins. Compared with light oil, vegetable oil is more effective To reduce the asphalt softening point, dissolve the asphalt gum, improve the ductility of cold-asphalts; resin can play a role in curing, but more resin and light oil between the two to some extent show utility. According to this research, we can give certain reference to the content of each component under different construction conditions.
