目的 观察健脾化痰方治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效及对同型半胱氨酸水平的影响.方法 随机选取我院2型糖尿病患者80例,依据随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组各40例,对照组患者接受常规西医治疗,研究组患者在接受常规西医治疗基础上服用健脾化痰方治疗,统计分析两组患者的血糖水平、中医症状评分、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及临床疗效.结果 研究组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),中医症状评分、血浆Hcy水平均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗的总有效率82.5％显著高于对照组62.5％(P＜0.05).结论 健脾化痰方治疗2型糖尿病效果较好,能够有效降低患者的同型半胱氨酸水平,值得临床推广.“,”Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Huatan decoction on type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on homocysteine(Hcy) level. Methods 80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group. Control group was treated with conventional western medicine,on the basis of which study group was treated with Jianpi Huatan decoction. The levels of blood sugar,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),plasma Hcy and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed. Results The fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of study group were significantly lower than those of control group (P＜0.05),the TCM symptom score and plasma Hcy level were significantly lower than control group (P＜0.05),and the total treatment effective rate 82.5％ was significantly higher than control group 62.5％ (P＜0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Huatan decoction is effective in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and can effectively reduce the level of Hcy of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,it is worthy of promotion.
