目的:为扩大濒危植物截基盾蕨的资源。方法:采用孢子繁殖和分株繁殖截基盾蕨。结果:1/2草本灰+1/2河砂+1份过筛腐殖土+1份过筛园土混合基质是截基盾蕨孢子繁殖的良好基质,在无直射阳光而散射光充足和温度18℃~24℃条件下,15d~17d可萌发,30d见到原叶体,4个月长了幼孢子体,1年进行幼孢子体移栽,获得大量种苗,经过良好精心管理,3年便可成株,产生孢子。结论:分株繁殖和孢子繁殖是一种经济、实用能快速获得大量幼苗的方法。
Objective: To expand the resources of the endangered plant Trichomes fern. Methods: Spore reproduction and ramets were used to breed cuticle shield fern.
