改革开放三十多年来,我国市场经济得到长足的发展,为我国经济社会的建设做出了重大贡献。随着市场经济的持续发展,对高素质的新型市场营销人才的需求量越来越大,同时也对高职院校市场营销专业的教学提出了新要求和新挑战。在当下,将创新性教学模式引入到市场营销专业教学中势在必行,这将对培养符合现代市场营销需求的高素质营销专业人才产生重要作用。本文主要分析现在高等职业院校市场营销专业教学模式中存在的不足,阐明进行市场营销专业教学过程引入创新性教学模式的时代要求、必要性和重要性,并探索高职院校市场营销专业进行创新性教学改革的具体措施。
Over the past 30 years since the reform and opening up, China’s market economy has made great strides in its development and made significant contributions to the economic and social development of our country. With the sustainable development of market economy, the demand for high quality new marketing talents is increasing. Meanwhile, new requirements and new challenges are put forward for the marketing of higher vocational colleges. Nowadays, it is imperative to introduce innovative teaching mode into marketing professional teaching, which will play an important role in cultivating high-quality marketing professionals who meet the needs of modern marketing. This article mainly analyzes the shortcomings existing in the teaching mode of marketing major in higher vocational colleges now, and expounds the requirements, necessity and importance of introducing the innovative teaching mode in the teaching process of marketing major and explores the marketing specialty of higher vocational colleges Specific measures for innovative teaching reform.
