我国民营企业在实施战略性绩效管理过程中存在对战略性绩效管理认识不足、战略性绩效管理与企业战略目标脱节、战略性绩效管理指标设置不科学和缺乏畅通的绩效沟通和反馈渠道等诸多问题。这就需要民营企业在企业战略目标与员工个人目标的结合、绩效评价体系的完善以及绩效沟通和反馈机制的健全上做出努力。
