以三个早籼稻品种(粳籼89、银花丝苗和黑糯米)为材料,用浓度为0、0.05%、0.1%和0.2%的保得生物肥溶液浸种。结果表明:用微生物肥溶液浸种,可增加水稻种子的吸水量,提高种子的发芽率,提高幼苗的呼吸强度和过氧化氢酶活性。在低温条件下,还可提高幼苗的根芽比,减少体细胞内可溶性糖的外泄,降低对细胞膜的破坏,从而提高幼苗的抗寒力。浓度为0.2%的微生物肥溶液浸种促进效果最好。
Three early indica rice varieties (japonica rice 89, Yinhua silkworm and black glutinous rice) were used as soaking seeds with 0, 0.05%, 0.1% and 0.2% biotech fertilizer. The results showed that the soaking with microbial fertilizer solution could increase the water absorption of rice seeds, increase the seed germination rate and increase the respiration intensity and catalase activity of seedlings. Under the condition of low temperature, it can also increase the root-shoot ratio of seedlings, reduce the release of soluble sugar in somatic cells, and reduce the damage to the cell membrane, so as to improve the cold resistance of seedlings. The concentration of 0.2% of the microbial fertilizer solution soaking promote the best.
