本文报道了幽门螺杆菌在2种培养基和4种温度下保存效果的实验研究.10株被试菌株经改良Skirrow琼脂平板培养24~48h,刮取菌苔于含10%小牛血清、N%甘油布氏肉汤,在─70℃条件下能存活12个月,用同样方法在─4o℃下多数菌株只能存活半个月.将菌苔置于特殊半固体培养基于35℃传代培养保存,1年存活率为60%,但在3个月内形态较典型.对存活菌株进行细菌形态,菌落特征和生化特性试验证明保存前后其生物学性状完全一致.
This article reports the experimental study of Helicobacter pylori preservation in two media and four temperatures. Ten strains were cultured on modified Skirrow agar plates for 24-48h. The bacteria were scraped in 10% fetal bovine serum and N% glycerol-buchny broth and survived for 12 months at -70 ℃. Using the same method Most strains can survive for only half a month at -4 ° C.
