《语文教学通讯》创刊十周年了。作为一名普通的语文教师和贵刊的忠实读者,除向贵刊表示衷心的祝贺外,很想借此机会说一说心里话。一开辟教研活动专拦据我接触到的一些学校和我们学校的实际,对如何开展好教研组活动都颇伤脑筋。教研组活动往往流于形式,难以取得较理想的效果。如开学初,期中,期末应该抓哪些工作?观摩课应该如何上?应该引导大家读哪些书?讨论哪些问题?应该怎样客观地评价每位教师的工作?老教师要如何培养青年教师?青年教师又要从哪些方面向老教师学习?语文教学的第二课堂应怎样开展?怎样当好语文教研
The tenth anniversary of the launch of the “Language Teaching Newsletter” was published. As an ordinary language teacher and loyal reader of your magazine, in addition to expressing my heartfelt congratulations to your magazine, I would like to take this opportunity to speak my heart. The opening up of teaching and research activities specifically blocked the actualities of some of the schools and our schools that I came into contact with. It was quite a headache for how to carry out teaching and research group activities. The activities of the teaching and research group are often in a form that makes it difficult to achieve a more satisfactory result. What kinds of work should be done at the beginning of the school, midterm, and the end of the term? What should be done to observe classes? What books should be taught to everyone? What issues should be discussed? How should each of the teachers be assessed objectively? How should older teachers train young teachers? In what ways should we learn from the old teachers? How should the second classroom of Chinese teaching be carried out?
