温州有一家皮鞋厂,其生产的男式皮鞋畅销全国,市场占有率曾经一度超过20%。正当企业的经营者们在为市场份额自豪时,却发现利润始终难以上升。在百般困扰之后,鞋厂的老总决定向几家咨询公司请教。这几家公司承诺可以为其提供详细的建议书,索价在50万人民币左右,最高的达98万人民币,但不承诺一定可以提高利润。这可让鞋厂的老总犯难了:如此昂贵的咨询费,却不能保证利润的提升,想想真是有些冒险。可眼前的利润滑坡又让企业陷入困境,这如何是好呢?

These companies promised to provide detailed proposals for them, asking price of about 500,000 yuan, the highest up to 980,000 yuan, but not promised to be able to increase profits. This allows the shoe factory CEOs difficult: such an expensive consulting fee, but can not guarantee the profit increase, think it is really some risk.
