非色散红外(NDIR)气体传感器的光源的驱动电压方波的占空比,是人们在设计此类传感器时不太注意的问题。文章实验结果显示,占空比应根据探测器信号的驰豫过程灵活调整,以便在基本保持信号峰峰值的情况下,大幅降低电源功耗。这个结论对于设计便携式红外气体传感器应有有益的借鉴作用。
The duty cycle of the driving voltage square wave of the light source of the non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas sensor is a problem that people pay less attention to when designing such a sensor. The experimental results show that the duty cycle should be flexibly adjusted according to the relaxation process of the detector signal so that the power consumption of the power supply can be drastically reduced while substantially keeping the signal peak-to-peak value. This conclusion should be helpful for the design of portable infrared gas sensors.
