我总也想不通那句话。那是一个关于教育的比喻,常常被人们引用,尤其在说到备课的重要性时,成了有些人的口头禅:要给学生一碗水,自己必须要有一桶水。我总觉这个比喻有些别扭,既然是给学生一碗水,何必非要一桶水呢?既有一桶水,给学生一桶不更好吗?问一个老师,老师解释说:有一桶水,很容易就能注满一碗,如果只有一碗水,抛点洒点,注到学生碗里只有半碗了。
