河北省农村地区幼儿教师在特殊的地理和社会环境之中,承担着大量相对较为单一的保育和教育任务;幼儿园的硬件软件条件基本不能满足教师的教学需求;教师获得的薪水报酬很低;在职业发展这一方面也很少有机会参加培训,即使有效果也不太理想。这些是在调查中幼儿教师集中体现出感到幸福感缺失的方面。幼儿教师获得的职业幸福感主要来自于与幼儿的交往过程中,以及与幼儿家长的互动沟通过程中。
In rural areas in Hebei Province, kindergarten teachers bear a relatively large number of relatively simple tasks of childcare and education in special geographical and social environments. The hardware and software of kindergartens can not meet the teaching needs of teachers basically. There is also very little opportunity for career development to attend training, and even less effective. These are the areas where preschool teachers concentrated their feelings of lack of happiness during the survey. The sense of occupational happiness obtained by kindergarten teachers mainly comes from the interaction with young children and the interaction with young parents.
