国内外对冠心病的研究已开始注意到血液流变学性质的异常变化与本病发展之间的关系。Jan等报道了心肌梗塞病人血液粘度增加的情况,Karppinen报道了冠心病人纤维蛋白原、血浆比粘度增加和红细胞电泳率下降的事实,Dintenfass综述了血液流变学在诊断、治疗和预防冠心病发作中的作用。我们也曾报道56例急性心肌梗塞病人的血液流变学以及应用中医活血化瘀疗法对血液流变学的改善情况。
