化工原理是一门研究化工生产过程的工程学科,具有较强的工程实践性。而传热过程是化工原理课程教学的重要内容,也是化工生产中的重要过程。为适应新形势的需要,进一步发挥化工原理实验在化工原理教学中的作用,我校在原有化工原理传热实验原理的基础上,重新设计、安装了一套新的传热实验装置,新装置在原有试验内容的基础上,增加了异型管传热性能研究、传热过程的串、并联操作等新的试验内容。同时,为适应信息技术突飞猛进的发展要求,适应知识经济时代对人才素质的培养要求,提高实验的教学质量,培养学生分析、解决问题的能力,我们针对上述新建实验装置,开发了包括数据采集、数据处理及实验结果输出的传热实验CAI软件,该软件进一步完善了化工原理实验教学的手段,使教学质量得到提高。 1.传热实验装置
