Indonesia’s ammonia plant The world record for the annual production of ammonia in 1993 was created by the P.T. Pupuk kaltim plant of a large fertilizer company in North Bantang, Indonesia. The Kaltim ammonia plant No. 2 was designed and built by M. W. Kellogg in the early 1980s and last year produced 600,000 tons. Above 21% of design capacity, Kellogg personnel confirmed that the output was the highest annual output of any ammonia plant they designed. 600081 tons/year is the second world created by this factory
