根据在全国展开的稻谷安全储存水分专题研究与调查,重点分析和验证了国内外现有的针对稻谷安全储存水分的相关研究成果,系统全面地建立了适合我国国情的稻谷安全储存水分的指标评价体系,包括发热指标、霉变指标、黄变指标、结露指标、害虫指标、整米率指标、发芽率指标、陈化指标等。该指标体系对指导和规范粮食收购、储存、运输、加工各环节质量安全管理,具有重要的现实意义。
According to the research and survey on the moisture storage of rice in the whole country, the paper mainly analyzes and verifies the existing research results at home and abroad on the moisture storage of rice, and systematically and comprehensively establishes the index of water storage safety for rice in China System, including fever index, mildew index, yellowing index, condensation index, pest index, whole rice rate index, germination rate index, aging index. The index system has important practical significance for guiding and standardizing the quality and safety management of all aspects of food purchasing, storage, transportation and processing.
