目的:用星点设计-效应面法优选碧血草中卫矛醇的水提取工艺。方法:以溶剂水(倍)量和煎煮时间为自变量,卫矛醇提取量为因变量对自变量各水平进行多元线性回归和二项式拟合,用效应面法选择较佳工艺条件,并进行预测分析。结果:确定最优提取工艺为溶媒用量12倍,提取时间1.5h,提取2次,提取量预测值与理论值偏差为-5.37%,二项式拟合复相关系数r=0.9515。结论:星点设计-效应面法优选碧血草中卫矛醇的水提取工艺,方法简便,预测性良好。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the water extraction process of dlecalciferol from the hemlock by using the star point design - response surface method. Methods: Multiple linear regression and binomial fitting were performed on each level of the variables with the amount of solvent water (times) and boiling time as the independent variables and the extraction amount of dulcitol as the dependent variable. The optimal conditions were selected by the response surface method , And carry on the forecast analysis. Results: The optimal extraction process was 12 times the amount of solvent, extraction time 1.5h, extracted twice, the deviation between predicted value and theoretical value was -5.37%. The complex correlation coefficient of binomial fitting was 0.9515. CONCLUSION: The method of star-point design-response surface method is suitable for the water extraction of dulcitol in the hemlock plants. The method is simple and predictive.
