研究了SC260海水阻垢剂在水体系中的荧光光谱特性,探讨其与惰性示踪剂1,5-萘二磺酸共用时的荧光光谱相互作用,测试了其在静态海水阻垢性能评价试验条件下的消耗量,评价了其阻垢效果。结果表明,SC260海水阻垢剂在激发波长300 nm以上有着特殊独立吸收和发射光谱区,最大峰强出现在激发波长为380 nm、发射波长为521 nm处;它与1,5-萘二磺酸可在同一体系中进行分析鉴定;SC260海水阻垢剂在浓海水中的阈值效应明显,有良好的阻垢性能,适用于海水循环冷却系统。
The fluorescence spectra of SC260 seawater scale inhibitor in aqueous system were studied. The interaction of SC260 with 1,5-naphthalene disulfonic acid as an inert tracer was studied. Under the conditions of consumption, evaluation of its scale inhibition effect. The results show that the SC260 seawater scale inhibitor has a special independent absorption and emission spectral region above 300 nm and the maximum peak intensity appears at an excitation wavelength of 380 nm and an emission wavelength of 521 nm. Acid can be analyzed and identified in the same system; SC260 seawater scale inhibitor in concentrated seawater threshold effect is obvious, good scale inhibition performance, suitable for seawater cooling system.
