以浙江省主要推广的松花菜品种为试验材料,研究折叶覆盖对花球外观、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、可溶性总糖、Vc等主要营养品质的影响。结果表明,折叶覆盖6 d后松花菜花球明显变白,花梗颜色变淡,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、Vc含量显著下降,但可溶性总糖含量的影响存在品种间差异。覆盖致使松花菜一些重要营养品质下降,建议在松花菜生产中不进行花球覆盖。
The main poplar species in Zhejiang Province were used as experimental materials to study the effects of foliar covering on the nutritional quality of flower bulbs, chlorophyll, carotenoids, total soluble sugars and Vc. The results showed that after 6 days of foliar application, the flower bulbs became obviously white, the color of the peduncle became fainter and the contents of chlorophyll, carotenoid and Vc decreased significantly. However, the differences of soluble sugar contents existed between cultivars. Coverage led some of the important nutritional quality of cauliflower declines, it is recommended in the production of flower cauliflower is not covered.
