食品经营者与消费者之间存在信息不对称是食品安全事件频发的主要原因之一,食品标识是经营者向消费者披露食品信息的基本方式,相关法律制度的建立健全是解决食品领域信息不对称的重要措施。欧盟、美国对于食品标识立法起步较早,且形成较为系统的食品标识法律制度。我国食品标识法律制度已经初步建立,但是尚存较多问题,需要进一步完善法律体系,健全食品标识的内容,并强化相关法律责任。
