我院外科1981年9月至1986年12月共行胃癌选择性R_3手术168例,对其中74例行第16组淋巴结的清除.第16组淋巴结的转移率为17.6％,转移度为8.4％.肿瘤侵犯浆膜者第16组淋巴结转移显著高于未侵犯浆膜者.清除第16组淋巴结病例该组淋巴结是否转移3年生存率无显著差异.本文对清除第16组淋巴结的必要性、清除范围、适应症及注意事项进行了探讨.
From September 1981 to December 1986 in our hospital, 168 cases of selective R3 gastric cancer were performed. Among them, 74 cases underwent the elimination of the 16th group of lymph nodes. The metastatic rate of the 16th group of lymph nodes was 17.6%, and the degree of metastasis was 8.4%. The lymph node metastasis in the 16th group was significantly higher than that in the non-invasive group. There was no significant difference in whether the lymph node metastasis of the 16th group was removed in the 16th group. The necessity of removing the 16th group of lymph nodes in this study was not significant. Clearance range, indications and precautions were discussed.
